What an amazing exhibition!
This is one not to miss – the diversity of the styles of these three artists is wonderful.
The exhibition features traditional and contemporary media including video installation, jewellery, ceramics, painting and illustration. It alludes to the boundaries of land and self, delving into the intricacies of human relationships, the body, travel and migration.
Tricia Reust is well known locally and internationally for her art works in pastel, oil and mixed media.
Karike’s videos add another dimension and Ann O’Connor’s ceramics are not only superbly done but have a touch of humour.
Cr Rae Frawley gave a short speech to officially open the exhibition and guests mingled.
